Renewable Energy · Retained Brand & Performance Partner

Selling sunlight takes more than a panel ad.

QSolar delivers residential and commercial solar across Kerala. We work as their retained creative and digital marketing partner — building the brand, producing the campaigns, and running the lead generation that keeps qualified homeowners enquiring across six districts.

The Brief

Rise above the shouting match.

Solar marketing in Kerala is a shouting match: panel specs, subsidy percentages, price-per-kilowatt. QSolar needed to rise above it — to be the brand homeowners trust with a 25-year decision, while still filling the enquiry pipeline every single month.

The Thinking

Sell the life, read the data.

We position QSolar around what solar actually buys: lower bills for decades, energy independence, and a better quality of life — not hardware. Emotional storytelling on the brand side, disciplined performance marketing underneath.

And we read enquiries, not just count them. Every lead form captures the household's electricity bill — so each month we know not just how many people enquired, but which of them have the most to gain from going solar, and where the next campaign should focus.

The Work

One premium identity, everywhere QSolar shows up.

Brand campaigns

Festival campaigns, anniversary campaigns, awareness creative, motion graphics, and print collateral — one consistent premium identity across everything QSolar puts out.

"Solar Powered Day"

A cinematic campaign concept following a family's entire day — sunrise to sunset — powered by the sun. Script, storyboard, and AI-assisted production, built story-first.

Bilingual copywriting

Malayalam and English campaign copy written natively for each audience, because trust is built in the language people think in.

Educational content

Cost-saving breakdowns, awareness posts, and reels that answer the questions homeowners actually have before they'll talk to a solar company.

The Films

Two full-length ads, built for the feed.

Shot vertical because that's where Kerala watches. Malayalam scripts, story-first structure, and the product entering as the answer — never the interruption.

"Kaththi" — no compromise on quality
"Don't install solar…" — the honest checklist
The Campaign

A lead engine that compounds.

Meta lead-generation campaigns run across five priority districts — Ernakulam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, and Alappuzha — with enquiries also arriving from adjacent markets.

Lead quality segmentation. Enquiries are analysed by electricity consumption, surfacing the high-bill households where solar pays back fastest — roughly one in four enquiries each month. These segments feed dedicated follow-up campaigns.

District intelligence. Monthly analysis identified Ernakulam and Thiruvananthapuram as the strongest demand clusters — now getting district-specific creative.

A compounding system. Each month's report ends in recommendations — remarketing audiences, creative refreshes, CRM integration — and each next month begins by acting on them.

The Result

125+ qualified enquiries every month on a lean, five-district budget — with a clear map of exactly which households, in which districts, are readiest to go solar.

The enquiries are doing what enquiries should: turning into site visits, closed installations, and a pipeline of final-stage conversations. Demand from Thiruvananthapuram grew strong enough that QSolar expanded its team there to keep up.

The engagement is ongoing: district-specific campaigns, remarketing, and the next phase of brand storytelling are already in motion.

"Most of the enquiries are genuine — they turn into site visits, and several have already converted. The demand from Thiruvananthapuram alone meant we had to expand our team there."
